Heidelberg christmas market:

As every year christmasflair enlightens the Heidelberg's Old Town from November 23, 2011 till December 22, 2011.
Over 140 stalls with rich handicraft selections and many attractions awaits both young and old guests in the whole Old Town. The aroma of roast chestnuts, sugared almonds, cinnamon, cloves and mulled wine fills the air of the historic Neckar city.
The view of the castle, the christmassy decorated city centre and the regional gastronomic specialities invite the guests to dream. The cultural program of concerts, theatre and operas is the marveling finish of the christmas market in Heidelberg.
There is also a great little Christmas market at the castle, the „Schlossweihnacht“, from December 1st, 2011 till December 4th, 2011.
